Laurence Wrensch did articles at Deloitte and qualified as a CA (SA) and RA and has worked at Altech Ltd, Tiger Brands Ltd, Revlon (Pty) Ltd, Afgri Ltd, Simba (Pty) Ltd a subsidiary of Pepsico Inc. and Cummins South Africa (Pty) Ltd a subsidiary of Cummins Inc and did an 8 month Contract at UPD a subsidiary of Clicks. This was in various senior financial positions.
Peter Miller has been in operation as a sole proprietor under the trading name of Peter Miller and Associates in Springs for the last 18 years. Prior to that he was a partner at Campbell Bode Brown. He is a Qualified CA (SA), RA and also has an M Comm (Tax).
The business is focused on providing audit, accounting, taxation and other financial services for clients in Gauteng, but mainly on the East Rand. With Offices in Springs and Benoni.
The business employs staff locally to ensure there is societal impact benefit. The business will initially be small offering a personalised service. The staff complement will be increased as the demand for the service increase, but all times ensuring that we have the ability to meet the needs of our clients by understanding their needs.
